Charleston, April 1

Last Monday (being Easter Monday), the Parishioners of St. Philip's and St. Michael's attended an Election for Parochial Officers for the ensuing Year, when it appeared that the following Gentlemen were elected, viz:

For St. Philip's Parish
Vestry-Men. Charles Cotesworth Pinckney; Hugh Rutledge; John F. Grimke; William-Hazell Gibbes; Daniel Cannon; and John-Splatt Cripps, Esqrs.

Church-Wardens. Mr. Philip Prioleau, and Mr. Philip Gadsden.

For St. Michael's Parish
Vesty-Men. Thomas Bee, Edward Blake, Isaac Motte, Roger Smith, Pierce Butler, William Price, and Edward Rutledge, Esqrs.

Church-Wardens. Mr. Thomas Waring, and Mr. George Greenland.
